This is a body weight workout, no machines required! You can do it anywhere and you can push yourself each time to do a little more. Have fun! This is One of my FAVORITES!
5-10 minute warmup (getting body/muscles warm with some stretching)
20 Squat Jumps
20 Crunches (I did varying types)
20 Jump Tucks
20 Plank Jacks
20 Jumping Lunges
20 Mountain Climbers
20 Plank Thrusts
Repeat 5 times, resting 60-90 seconds between each set. (For those competitive people out there, keep track of your time with each set and then try to beat it on the next set.)
You can also back this down a bit & do 10 reps of each move. Of course you'll have to repeat the set 10 times instead of 5 :-) Push for 20 of each but do what you can, write it down and next time try to beat it.
